All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Pretty Priorities is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Pretty Priorities is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Access instructions will be provided after purchase.
